There are few things that can be taken for granted.
Indeed, there are much more that trigger doubts, uncertainties and unresolved questions.
The Miaz Brothers, a duo of Italian artists transplanted in Spain, playing with this concept of constant uncertainty by implementing a short-circuit between what is reality and what is imagination.
Through their acrylic portraits, where is impossible to recognize any details because deliberately faded, the brothers leave the viewer the ability to interpret subjectively their truth.
‘Hazy State of Affairs‘, the Miaz Brothers’s exhibition, aims to be a metaphor for contemporary society, where the truth of the events is blurred and not always easy to understand.
The exhibition will be displayed at the Wunderkammer gallery, in Milan, from 16 February to 8 April.
