Japanese brand UNDERCOVER, founded by designer Jun Takahashi, has unveiled its new photobook entitled, “RECORD”.
Edited by Paris-based photographer WATARU, the book is a collection of shots that captured the preparation and backstage scenes of UNDERCOVER’s fashion shows.

A volume that gives us an exclusive look at a behind-the-scenes look at the Japanese brand’s shows between the seasons ranging from Spring/Summer 2016 and Spring/Summer 2017.

This is the third such photobook published by UNDERCOVER, following “the Shepherd” (2008) by Yoshie Tominaga and “Chaos/Balance” (2017) by Taro Mizutani.

To accompany the release of the book, three different photo-tees were made with images from the book selected directly by Tatahashi, plus, a T-shirt with a specially designed graphic that can be purchased with the book.

“RECORD”, UNDERCOVER’s new photobook will be available online, in the Japanese brand’s stores and at Daikanyama TSUTAYA BOOKS starting June 21.
