2D animation has always been the great passion of Robert Lobel, who as a graduation project presented a brilliant animated short film that conveys a universal message. Robert’s optimism is reflected in Wind, which tells the story of a community that has adapted to difficult environmental conditions in order to survive.

We enter a world where the wind is so strong and incessant that it leads people to change their lifestyle. The bartender serves customers by taking advantage of the wind direction. Mothers play with children by attaching them to strings like balloons.

But when the wind suddenly stops, even if only for a moment, the inhabitants understand that it had become their normality.

After all, it happens to us too with all the new things. At first, we see them far from our way of life, but then, most of the time, they become part of everyday life.
