After months of announcements, rumors and leaks finally Gap and YEEZY have unveiled the first release of the 10-year partnership that the American retailer and Kanye West had signed months ago.
The item that will kick off this collaboration is the YEEZY Gap Round Jacket made of recycled nylon in bright blue, spotted just worn by Kanye last week.
This jacket’s color reflects Ye’s obsession with the study of colors and is consistent with many items he has worn himself.
The cut is very particular, a unique design distinguished by the fact that the jacket has no buttons or zippers and the absence of any kind of branding except for the tag inside with the YEEZY Gap logo.

At the official social launch a few hours ago, coinciding with Kanye’s birthday, Gap deleted all posts on its Instagram account and posted a mini video/gif of the jacket.
For now only available for the United States the YEEZY Gap Round Jacket is on pre-order on the Gap website with shipping set for this fall.
