Since the beginning of her career, French designer Marine Serre has always hit the mark and, at the same time, shocked.
She wins the LVMH 2017 award for young designers thanks to her futuristic and unique creations made with excess materials and her half-moon masks.
Marine’s innovative streak has not faded during this difficult period, on the contrary.
She made a series of ASMR videos entitled Regenerated, through which she explains her original creative process, showing us how she recycles and transforms old fabrics. She teaches us upcycling through ASMR.
The peculiarity of this idea is the ASMR style, an acronym of Autonomous sensory median response; the goose skin of the brain in a nutshell. The silent rustle of the fabrics, the scissors cutting the fabrics, the buzz of the sewing machines and the chatter of the employees, all of this is extremely relaxing and immersive.
