On the occasion of Salone del Mobile, the ergonomic design company Humanscale presented the installation Bodies in Motion. It is an interactive work created in collaboration with Todd Bracher who has the task of analyzing how our body interacts in space and reflects its movements, using 15 spotlights that rotate in tandem with the arts of visitors.
The installation is a reinterpretation of the original scientific method of perception of movement developed by the Swedish psychophysicist Gunnar Johansson in 1973, who observed movements using lights. Bodies in Motion uses a more complex system developed byStudio TheGreenEyl.
