The Japanese collective 目 【mé】, composed by Haruka Kojin, director Kenji Minamigawa, and production manager Hirofumi Masui, has made Contact, a very special installation.

The collective put sea in a room of the famous Mori Art Museum: the light coming from the back window sculpts the texture of the waves according to the brightness of the hours of the day, creating an impressive realistic effect. The sea appears rippled, moved until it becomes totally black.

The work is part of Roppongi Crossing, a series of triennial exhibitions that offer an overview of the contemporary Japanese art scene. It will be possible to visit Contact exhibition until May 26, 2019.
