We’re always home, but the desire to dance never dies.
COVID ROOM is a movement of expression, of venting, of artistic sharing. It is a place of meeting and “remote gathering”, as it is defined by the organizers themselves.
COVID ROOM relies on Zoom Meetings (for the video) and Mixlr (for the audio), to participate is simple just click on the link found in each event.

From 5 p.m. until 3 or 4 a.m., there’s never a break for those who want to party, a sort of quarantined rave. The project was born from Italian guys, but it hosts DJs from all over the world, without genres, just music not to think about what happens outside.
Although it was born as a joke, among friends, to accompany the DJs, from the next days until the final party, there will also be a sort of “virtual museum” created by each artist (photographer, illustrator, painter, designer, videomaker, etc..), who will be willing to send their content to be published on the wall of the COVID ROOM, following the instructions of the art director.

COVID ROOM was created and is managed by young creatives in quarantine and supported by other young artists.
COVID ROOM believes in cooperation, in the power of art, in the desire to celebrate, in the need to socialize. As a consequence, it fights with every muscle against boredom.
COVID ROOM was officially born on Friday the 13th and wants to be the first movement of artistic expression, aesthetic entertainment, and remote crowding.
COVID ROOM wants to be all the terraces in the world singing together.
COVID ROOM wants to recreate, in virtual reality, that sense of cohesion and belonging that physical distance precludes us.

In a few weeks, the remote “rave” of a group of Italian boys became very popular and crowded.
Because these days all we need to know is to share some bass and some music to feel lighter.
