Making man unable to identify himself with the objects he created.
This is the ultimate goal of Jaime Pitarch’s works, the Spanish artist who has created a series of sculptures from everyday objects.
Chairs, plates, glasses, Russian dolls, hammers, stairs and much more lose their nature of functional objects, becoming artwork completely useless but full of irony.
His idea is to stimulate the inventiveness challenging us to question our relationship with the everyday items we surround ourselves with.
A work filled with fantasy that makes our daily life object very different from how we know them.
