Elia Colombo aka Gebe could very well be defined as a philosopher-artist.
After passing from the Politecnico of Milan to the faculty of philosophy, Elia decided to attend a design school and to make illustration his job, becoming a freelance designer.
Despite this, his passion for philosophy is reflected in his work.
The research process of the idea is a phase of immense introspection. Once the inspiration comes, Elia can imagine the final product, drawing it first on paper and then transforming and perfecting it on Adobe Illustrator.
With irony, sarcasm, and color, Gebe tackles social habits, institutions and the social media with a critical tone. Elia wants to make people think, try to make them think differently.
