I always thought that the animated film has the power to tell with simplicity, that it is not superficiality, deep aspects of life. This is the case of Joy and Heron, the animated short film created by Kyra Buschor and Vostantin Paeplow, two creators of Passion Animation Studios.
The story realized for China’s largest retailer, JD.com, has as protagonist Joy, the little white dog of the JD logo.
The touching film, without dialogues, tells the story of a little dog, a heron and a can of worms in a way that only animation can do, with engaging characters and breathtaking landscapes.
