Simple and clean, Natalia Maca‘s illustrations get straight to the point and take the imagination on a journey.Â
Natalia Maca is a freelance illustrator who graduated from the Cambridge School of Art with a BA Hons in Illustration and now lives and works in Regensburg, Germany.
Her work, which combines digital and hand drawing, is characterised by a simple yet striking style that immediately captures the viewer’s eye and transports them into a unique and sophisticated imagery. No outilne, the artist plays with colours to give shape to the subjects he draws, to create areas of light and shade, but also to create suggestive images that stimulate a response in the viewer.
It is because of these characteristics that Natalia Maca’s illustrations have proved perfect for the world of publishing and advertising, where clarity must go hand in hand with aesthetics.
“My unique visual language communicates with the viewer in an informative and fun manner, making the right choice for any brief from educational, advertising, editorial to publishing.”
So her style adapts to more conceptual subjects such as a man looking at his phone missing a chance to follow his dream, but also to more delicate works that make us dream, such as an elderly couple who haven’t lost their passion and love or a young woman wrapped in dozens and dozens of flowers.Â
