After introducing you to the Sail/Light Bone/Game Royal/Sport Fuchsia, today we show you the official images of two more colorways of the highly anticipated Nike x Sacai Vaporwaffle, “Red/White/Blue” and “Black/White”.

Chitose Abe, founder of sacai, paid homage to Nike‘s running legacy as he had already done with LDWaffles but at the same time characterized the new Vaporwaffles with the classic conceptual sacai aesthetic of deconstruction and reconstruction playing with the representation of doubles (Swoosh, midsole and co-branded tongue). Both colorways were made with a combination of mesh and suede.

Originally the release was scheduled for early 2020, but with the COVID-19 pandemic not struggling to shut down, the release has been postponed.

The sacai x Nike Vapowaffle in “Red/White/Blue” and “Black/White” are expected to be released on Nike SNKRS on November 6th but there has been no confirmation from Nike. We’ll just have to wait.
