You can feel confused by the optical illusion of Speculations, an installation by the visual medial cross artist Sarah Meyohas, composed of mirrors that are juxtaposed one in front of the other to form long imaginary hallway. These tunnels remind us of Alice falls down to then find herself in Wonderland, a dreamlike and evocative world made of unique colors and atmospheres. Sarah’s installation asks us not to be afraid and to immerse ourselves in this parallel reality … but attention, all her work is the result of an optical illusion (in Italy we say that if you break a mirror are seven years of misfortune!).

Magical, no? Sarah probably wants to suggest that, often, things are not as they seem and that there are some life or creations made of creativity and imagination to be discovered and traveled.
