Naked bodies, landscapes, artefacts and installations become one in the photographs of the Synchrodogs duo. Formed by Ukrainian photographers Tania Shcheglova and Roman Noven, the duo has been working together since 2008 and has created a sort of performative photography through which they manage to touch on topics such as the bond between man and nature.
After exhibiting in Greece, the United States, France, Germany and Canada, Synchrodogs is now ready to arrive in Italy thanks to PhMuseum Lab.
The project as the first photography museum on the web and then became a physical exhibition opens the doors of its headquarters in Via Paolo Fabbri 10 in Bologna, which from tomorrow 18 November to 19 December will host the exhibition “Slightly Altered“.
The relationship between man and nature is at the centre of their artistic research: its representation passes through surreal images in which the elements are in a precarious balance. The backdrop to the subjects and to complete the composition are the angular and rocky landscapes of the Carpathians.
