The beauty of real food is that it gets ugly. This is the claim of the latest Burger King campaign to present the new Whopper without artificial preservatives.
Apparently the street food giant seems to have taken a healthier route, deciding to remove preservatives, colors and artificial flavors from their best-selling sandwich. That’s why the campaign is called The Moldy Whopper because when all the ingredients are natural, mold is an added value.
In the video published a few hours ago we see a freshly made Whopper in all its glory, then we slowly watch the food change in the following 34 days, in the background Dinah Washington’s song “What A Difference A Day Makes“.
For the moment Burger King hasn’t let people know what kind of preservatives have been removed, but this change is already active over 400 points in America and the company aims to make this policy active in all restaurants in the United States by the end of 2020.
