Originally released in 1998, Takashi Homma’s Tokyo Suburbia has become, immediately, extremely rare to found.
Beloved from the collector for its stylish design, but mainly for its contemporary and personal vision of East and North Tokyo’s suburbs, the photo book tells how some places, once essential, have been doomed to be forgotten.
Sparkling and colorful shots give dignity to phantom districts, although still inhabited.
The book, in its first edition, it is now available on “Très Bien“, but it is already destined to become, again, rare to be found.
