Ultimo Banco: Propaganda’s street culture enters the classroom

-
Giulia Guido

With Ultimo Banco, Propaganda brings its street identity into classrooms and backpacks of the new generation. More than a planner, the one created with Franco Cosimo Panini is a true cultural manifesto—a container of stories, visions, and references that express the creative freedom and challenge to conventions that have always defined the Milan-based collective.

Each page of the planner is designed to spark dialogue and cross-pollination between different languages: music, urban art, cinema, literature, and sport. Not a neutral tool, but an object of identity that becomes an archive of street culture—a true cultural space.

The contents:
– Exclusive interviews: ten conversations with figures such as Achille Lauro, Luca Agnelli, Ivan Zucco, and Matteo Berrettini.
– Stickers and interactive pages: from the graffiti wall to color the panther, plus games and stencils to leave a mark on the pages.
– Propaganda recommends: curated sections featuring books, films, and street artists to discover.
– Iconic albums: three pages dedicated to the musical albums that shaped the collective’s history.
– Original comics: six illustrated panels by Frankenstein Magazine.
– Behind-the-scenes content: exclusive materials from the documentary Kindred by Roberto Graziano Moro.

The name “Ultimo Banco” recalls Propaganda’s student roots, but the project looks further ahead. No longer just an adolescent symbol, it is an object designed for Creative Young Professionals—a generation that carries forward the same spirit of initiative, freedom, and experimentation that the brand has embodied for years.

“You’re always good at the back row!” – Frank of Frankenstein Magazine

More than a planner, Ultimo Banco is therefore a logbook of contemporary street culture. An invitation to experience everyday school life (and beyond) as a creative, free, and personal space.
