Living in the city, always surrounded by a thousand lights, sometimes I forget about that beautiful feeling that one has when one remains in contemplation of a starry sky. Voyage to the core, the third video in the Galaxies series by Adrien Mauduit, tries to restore that feeling.

Adrien is a French astrophotography deeply fascinated by the stars, the Milky Way and the play of light that it creates. To shoot this video in time-lapse he mounted images taken at various points in Europe, from Tenerife to Switzerland.

Far from the city the Milky Way is clearly visible to the naked eye. The goal that sets Adrien is to give back all its magnificence and make it available to everyone. The invisible becomes visible.

In front of a show like this you cannot but be breathless, in total contemplation of the universe, pervaded by the awareness of being the equivalent of a grain of sand in this wonder of nature.
