A few days ago, debuted Watercolor, the new furniture collection designed by Japanese design studio Nendo.
The collection is the result of the collaboration between Nendo and the New York gallery Friedman Benda, which together presented it at Design Miami in Basel, Switzerland.
Watercolor is an eighteen-piece metal furniture collection with harmonious and elliptical shapes. As the name suggests, each piece was colored with blue and light blue tone, reproducing the watercolor technique and the effect of it on a paper surface.
To achieve the best result possible each element has been painted by hand. The result is a minimalist collection that shares a sense of harmony and peace.
