Wooden Cave, the suite carved out of wood

Hyades Mountain Resort is a dream location offering warm and safe accommodation to all visitors to Mount Ziria, Greece. Located at an altitude of 1100 meters, the resort enjoys a 180° view of the Gulf of Corinth and, at the same time, the fresh air coming from the mountains. In order to allow guests to live a unique and unrepeatable experience, the owners of Hyades Mountain Resort turned to the Tenon studio and asked them to create a special suite, completely made of wood, thus the Wooden Cave was born.

The Wooden Cave project was born from the idea of a cave, a small place, carved into the rock and that transmits warmth and safety. The Tenon studio, however, wanted to add a playful and design touch, replacing the classic rock with wood that has been worked to create soft and curved surfaces.

The interior of the Wooden Cave is divided into two spaces, the one on the left that houses the sleeping area and the one on the right destined for the living area with kitchen and living room. Spending the nights in this special suite will be just like living in a cave, aware of the cold outside, but pampered by the warmth of this small refuge.

Reservations for Wooden Cave are still blocked, but if you want to find out more go to the Hyades Mountain Resort website
