Have you ever wondered what you could obtain if you could capture in one image all the moments of an athletic competition?

The photographer Pelle Cass beat us on time, on asking himself the same question and on giving it an answer: the artist has assisted and continues to assist in several athletic events of American colleges, he stays there for 2,3 hours and collects many shots, that are condensed in one image that contains all the immortalized moments. So this is the photographic series, Crowded Fields, a slow motion applied to the images, obtained with the overlap of thousands of layers of Photoshop during post-production, in which every athlete, every movement finds his space without creating a visive chaos, a particular recap of a sportive competition of which we don’t remember every single moment, but just the most important ones.

I’m sure that the lovers of Italian football would appreciate a memory like these ones for the last matches of Champions League.
