“Working on the future and living with the past”.

From September 1 until November 15, the windows of the Correr Museum will be the setting for Fabrizio Plessi’s digital installation “L’età dell’oro“. A project that represents a hymn to peace and the value of dreams as antidotes to the uncertainty of the present.

An installation of poignant beauty, supported by Dior. It appears as a vision, a dream, a wish: a magnetic cascade of gold.
The windows of the Correr Museum, in St. Mark’s Square, will be transformed with a unique scenography, accompanied by the notes of the composer Michael Nyman.

In the game, fluid, light and music on the facade will appear the inscription “Pax Tibi”, the incipit of the phrase printed on the Gospel that the Venetian lion holds between his paws.

Venice, according to the artist, seems to tell us that it has all the antibodies to be reborn: his work shows that nature and technology, material and immaterial, if dosed with wisdom, can lead to a new Golden Age.
The artist’s homage to his city is moving, tried but not surrendered to fatigue.
