The Instagram profile Accidentally Wes Anderson is now a book

We included it a year ago in the 5 design-profiles to follow and today Accidentally Wes Anderson, which has more than 1.2 million followers, is ready to leave the smartphone screens becoming a beautiful and unmissable collector’s book.

Founded in 2017 by Wally Koval, the Instagram profile features shots by hundreds of different photographers showing places around the world that look like they’ve just come out of a Wes Anderson movie. Pastel-colored buildings and symmetry are the main features of the shots.

Now, three years after the first post published, Accidentally Wes Anderson has become a book that with its 368 pages allows us to travel with imagination. Besides being a beautiful collector’s item for those who follow the profile for a long time, the book can be an excellent guide to choose where to make the next trip.

The back of the book could not but be of the same pink that fascinates us in Grand Budapest Hotel, while for the cover was selected a photo of Carlo Kuettel of the Hotel Belvedere at the Furka Pass in Switzerland.
