When the body moves, Veks Van Hillik’s tattoos are transformed

If you are undecided on which design to tattoo, maybe Veks Van Hillik will be able to enclose all of them in a single one. The Toulouse tattoo artist has, in fact, found an ingenious way of enclosing two tattoos in one.

His masterpieces of black ink are possible thanks to strategic positioning, for example, where the arms and legs bend. When the body moves, the designs change, forming a second tattoo.

For example, insects or butterflies open and close their wings, or almost surreal figures become fish.

Obviously, there is a lot of preparation for such work, but then the drawing on the skin is done exclusively by hand. This technique allows Veks Van Hillik to change his mind during the course of the work, in order to obtain the best optical illusion.
