When we TV series lovers discover projects that mix our favourite shows with other worlds, we couldn’t be happier. Among the names to look out for is TheToyZone, a toy review site that, from time to time, enjoys creating projects in which they revisit characters or locations from series and films.
With their latest project, TheToyZone’s creatives have gone and spoofed the quintessential comedy series, Friends.
Throughout the 10 seasons of the series, we have followed the six most famous friends of the TV series as they go through all sorts of crazy things, creating everyday situations that border on the ridiculous and still manage to get a laugh out of us.
TheToyZone has chosen six scenes in particular and turned them into Barbie-inspired sets. Presented in classic cardboard boxes and equipped with iconic accessories, the Friends characters in Barbie version are the toy we didn’t know we needed. For the sets remain a digital project, but you never know that sooner or later someone will turn it into reality.
