Inès Pagniez is French, is a fun illustrator and animator, but above all, she models plasticine in a creative and personal way. This is what we like about her.

Inès graduated in Computer Graphic at Supinfocom, the French animation school founded in 1988, she worked for 7 years as a 3D animator but recently decided to revolutionise her work.
Moving away from the obsessiveness of digital and adopting a more practical and tangible approach, the French artist began working with plasticine and creating lively and humorous works.

Her creations are energetic and charismatic, featuring a small number of subjects in everyday settings, all personalised with minute details.
Among her plasticine sculptures, a few constant figures are recognisable: they are colourful characters with small noses, dotted eyes, extravagant haircuts, long fringes or eccentric mullets.

Although her approach to plasticine is not yet fully mature, Inès Pagniez does not disdain hard work. Behind each creation lie many hours of production, obsessive attention to detail and a great deal of patience.
As well as modelling the plasticine and sculpting it to her own taste, she also creates colourful and vibrant stop-motion animations. Each of her compositions respects with balance the combination of vivid and complementary tones, the harmony of the subjects and the coherence of the scene.

In the animation for the creative studio Wonderlust, the rockers involved in the action are customised with big muscles, thick and bizarre mustaches and long flowing hair.
