The last edition of Jazz:Re:Found Festival 2019 went further its successful and corroborated role as ringleader in terms of jazz languages and black music and moved bravely from Turin to the fascinating en plein air venue of Cella Monte, Monferrato – UNESCO World Heritage.

Enclosed in a breathtaking scenario, Jazz:Re:Found Festival 2019 represented a kaleidoscope to live and love sounds, emotions, quotes and collateral experiences (workshop, food/wine tasting, yoga, cinema, rafting) that go even beyond the same restrictive definition of Music Festival.

6 stages, 4 days, 80 artists one after di other: aliens (Yussef Dayes!), living legends (Tullio De Piscopo) and several rising stars (so exciting afro-futurism show of Ibakuu). 
Special mention to the multifaceted band I hate my village that released out of the blue one of the most attractive 2019 album exploiting on the main stage all its dionysiac verve.
Contaminate the jazzy/black lineup with some old school rappers’ performances (Colle Der Fomento, Kaos) has been a really clever choice to involve sentimentally also the nostalgic rap audience. 
Really impressive the 3-days DJing performances in the enchanted San Quirico hill (Gilles Peterson B2B Lefto, chapeau).
The Secret Garden was a precious gem where it frequently happened to share breezily a beer with some headliners.

Jazz:Re:Found Festival 2019 – Monferrato overstepped offhandedly the empty glamour as raison d’être focusing both brain and heart on the real contents and the tight relationship between music and origins, culture and habitat.
All these elements are able to inspire people and evolve a solid Festival. 

Through a collective process of shared and aware joy, the Music Festival has been able to alleviate the typical FOMO-Festival in favor of music-vaults, nature and liberating well-being.
