Nathan Head

Carefree, relaxing and hypnotic, Nathan Head‘s photography is good for the eyes and soul.
Nathan Head is a young photographer and digital artist of undeniable talent. Art has always been a part of his life, with an early approach to drawing and painting. It was only later that he started to get into photography, but the love of colour has always been present and is still the first thing we notice when looking at his work.

Nathan is attracted to all those subjects that bring summer to mind, such as the crystal clear water of swimming pools, the waves of the sea and the typical architecture of summer houses. From time to time, however, we also find interiors of museums, churches or underground trains.

The subject matter may change, but it is Nathan Head’s technique that never varies and has become his signature. Once the shot has been taken, the photographer modifies it in post production not only by inverting the colours, but also by adding pink, lilac, orange and blue hues. The end result is images that sometimes look like they were taken with the most beautiful of sunsets, while others seem to represent a psychedelic and fantastic world.

Below is a selection of his shots, but to make sure you don’t miss the next ones, follow Nathan Head on Instagram and visit his official website.
