Luca Cacciapuoti is a Neapolitan photographer better known to the public as Arsenyco. His art combines photography and writing and is the result of a deep and long introspective analysis.
The term arsenic is commonly used to describe a toxic chemical substance, a poison used to kill without leaving a trace. Choosing to use it as a stage name therefore already says something about his aesthetic because it evokes restless, mysterious and enigmatic sensations. This is exactly how his photography opens up to new worlds, emotions and reality, investigating the subconscious, provoking and striking.
In his images Arsenyco works with manipulation, uses metaphors to give precise shapes to his thoughts and uses text to question what is obvious at first glance.

His art deals with complex themes such as the paradox of the human being, hypocrisy, contradictions and the meaning of romanticism without ethics or morals. Each image is equally sensual, erotic, disarming and magnetic.
