Sandy Kim’s photography tell about a generation that shows itself to the world. Discover her works in our gallery!

Sandy Kim is a young photographer who grew up in Portland, Oregon, and later moved to northern California where she constantly updated her reputation thanks to her explicit and often NSFW photos of friends and models.

If we want to describe his works with one word, the right one is “intimacy“, a public intimacy without fear of judgment. The protagonists are mainly her friends and herself in the most intimate and secret moments of their relationships, and the fact that she still uses a camera says something about how she looks in this world: a world in which everything is a number, in which everything is digitalized.

Sandy’s photos speaks explicitly and tell about a generation that shows itself to the world.

After she moved to Los Angeles, she has revived her photographs in a new exhibition entitled Analog Brain, opened at the Little Big Man Gallery in Los Angeles; a real show that offers to the viewer the chance to find out more about her world, through the desktop of her computer.

A selection of her works below.
